It had a lot of static when I first got it and I tried several things the break it, finally let it set for a couple of weeks and it's finally out. I was not a fan of the adjustment piece as you can see it in the hair and have to be careful when coming to cover it up. This is my second set as the first ones were the sandy and could tell it was not my hair. The company sent this set which is a better match to my natural, this set color is brown to golden in the length of 14 in.
I ordered the wrong color (my fault) and I received awesome assistance in getting my new color which is a perfect match. I put it on and showed my husband, he thought I curled my hair, but then realized my hair isn't that long.
This is the first time I’ve ever used extensions and I love how perfectly it matched my hair! They are comfortable to wear and it was easy for my stylist to blend my hair in. She was amazed by the amount of hair that was in the halo and the quality. When I told her the price she was shocked! Definitely recommending to friends!

I think both colors I tried were great quality however my hair color is just too difficult to correctly match. I do plan to use them on scarecrows I’m making for my yard so they won’t go to waste. Thanks
I disputed with my bank and you guys told me I would have to pay for shipping to return when I had free shipping in the first place and it would be taken out of my refund. Your alls extensions are cheap and feel like plastic as well as they don’t fit my head when supposedly they can be adjusted. False advertising and terrible customer service.
They were not best resistant and the band was uncomfortable.
They replaced for free my hair piece with a better color.

There was an issue with my shipping address but it was quickly resolved without any issues! Very pleased with the quality of my product and the color matched perfectly!
The "Halo" string is a pain it seems to show no matter what I do and gets caught on your real hair and fingers and brush as you try to style your hair..... So I cut it off. Luckily the clips on the piece work excellent and hold well so no need for the string
Couldn’t find the tool to match color false that the sale is over within a few hours felt rushed to order picked the color I thought would match it didn’t. Emailed them they said if they color match me and sent a replacement I wasn’t going to be able to get a refund. Took pictures of my hair they said the same color I got then they said they didn’t have a color that would match they wouldn’t give me a refund they refused to let me email a manager so I only got a 35 percent refund which was only $21 and I paid $59 not fair at all very disappointed with this company. The tool is really hidden at the bottom part of the website under brand like how were we able to find that.
I can’t figure out how to tighten the clear part of the halo that goes on your head
Why would I recommend or even ever reorder since the refund policy for exchange and then the refund was not excepted trying to get a better color. Bad customer service . I will go on Facebook to tell people what a scam your company is...
It seems to be good quality, I have not had my hair stylist to put in yet so uncertain how comfortable it will be. Also, there was no instructions on how to clean it or how long it can be worn. The color was very close to my own hair which is a plus.
Had color matched twice, color still didnt match and the hair is horrible quality and thin. Dont waste your money, because you wont get a refund. Would not recommend.
The adjustable coding broke with very little pressure before I even got to wear it.
