This is my baseline hair length
Originally I purchased walnut brown but when I received it, I discovered the color was totally off. I thought I lost my money and everything but I contacted customer care and Angelo was so helpful, he said that I did not use their determine your hair color system and therefore I am entitled for a replacement, I was so happy and relieved. He helped me determined the Off Black is the best option for me. I am so happy with this color. Looks good on.
I choose the wrong color for my hair … & they helped me with the correct color like they said they would…I love it & so do the ppl & family…they didn’t even know I had it on …I’m so glad I ordered…one happy customer
I think it’s too long I have lots of layers
The color didn't match and it feels really coarse. It doesn't feel like natural hair.
It had a lot of static when I first got it and I tried several things the break it, finally let it set for a couple of weeks and it's finally out. I was not a fan of the adjustment piece as you can see it in the hair and have to be careful when coming to cover it up. This is my second set as the first ones were the sandy and could tell it was not my hair. The company sent this set which is a better match to my natural, this set color is brown to golden in the length of 14 in.
I ordered the wrong color (my fault) and I received awesome assistance in getting my new color which is a perfect match. I put it on and showed my husband, he thought I curled my hair, but then realized my hair isn't that long.
This is the first time I’ve ever used extensions and I love how perfectly it matched my hair! They are comfortable to wear and it was easy for my stylist to blend my hair in. She was amazed by the amount of hair that was in the halo and the quality. When I told her the price she was shocked! Definitely recommending to friends!

Just had to write this review. I ordered the wrong color and this company went out of their way to correct my mistake. They sent me a perfect color match and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend That Hair, it feels so real and looks amazing. I do recommend using their color match service and save the time to get it right at the beginning.
I was initially worried about the color not matching but it's perfect! I sewed on the 2 extra clips they came with and cut off the halo since it was too big for me. The clips hold so nicely! I washed them and they dried nicely too! Such a great purchase!!!
Will never order again and will never recommend. They’re advertised as not having clips that damage your hair, but they absolutely do have clips, and the extensions wouldn’t stay in place unless I used them. Even with the clips, the band was way too long for my head and wouldn’t lay flat. The clear plastic “halo” part didn’t work for me at all and didn’t sit properly. No matter how I adjusted it, the extensions were extremely obvious and you could clearly tell I was wearing them. Overall, these were a complete waste of money for me. They didn’t fit properly, didn’t stay in place as advertised, and looked nothing like I expected. And I never even received my free extensions.

I still do not agree with the answer email that I received. If I order 14 inch hair, I want it to be hair that is 14 inches long, not 14 inches after being curled. But I really liked the straight one

Do not order these halos unless you plan on keeping them and read all of the fine print first. They are extremely large and do not fit on an average size women’s head. I ordered three different sets only opened one of them and was not able to return any of them due to their extremely large size when the band size is 2 to 3 inches too long compared to other halos there’s nothing you can do about it and no way to use it. They would not accept a return so I am stuck with three sets of halos I cannot use and a few hundred dollars out-of-pocket wasted. Read allll fine print everywhere on website before purchasing!
The first one I ordered was not warm enough for my hair so That hair was kind enough to send me a better match for my hair. I sent picture of the first hair with my hair and they did a perfect match. The second one got here just in time for my son’s wedding!! Thank you so much for treating me soooo well. Love the hair. The two stylists did not even know it was not real hair. They thought it was!!

I disputed with my bank and you guys told me I would have to pay for shipping to return when I had free shipping in the first place and it would be taken out of my refund. Your alls extensions are cheap and feel like plastic as well as they don’t fit my head when supposedly they can be adjusted. False advertising and terrible customer service.
They were not best resistant and the band was uncomfortable.
